Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Spices (onion, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, clover, ginger, black pepper)
Directions: Marinade 1kg of ham and middle size shrimp with two cubes in 1/2 hour, then fry them. Dissolve 2 remaining cube in 1 liter of boiled water (it delicious in using bouillon from pig's bones, chicken's bones and dried shrimps). To serve arrange noodles into a bowl of cover meat and shrimp, pour the bouillon just over. Serve with vegetables, sesame girdle cake, roasted peanut.
STORAGE: Keep in dry, cool place and avoid sun exposure.
